Question / Help FPS issue when OBS is open on my second monitor

I have attached my log for reference, the issue i am having is when i'm streaming (twitch) i have to have OBS on my second monitor so i can see what's going on, i disable screen preview as well but when i have the program open on my other screen i seem to get lag but it doesn't happen when i minimize the program, any ideas how to fix this? if it's possible anyway as it would be great!

Thanks for the reply, i have disabled the preview but even with just the program open i get the odd jitters, rather strange but i'm managing was just hoping someone had a fix!
