So I’ve recently upgrade my i5 8400 to the 8700k so I can stream with x264 without problems. While doing a stream test, I’ve noticed that instead of improving the performance it got worst. Surprisingly my stream was way laggy compared to my 8400, which was laggy but nowhere near my 8700k. While gaming everything is fine but while checking my stream it was a stuttering mess. So I’m wondering if anyone can help me with my issue?

I’ve notice people who has 6700k or 7700k that can achieve fast or medium without any problem whatsoever. While I’m having trouble with my current setting.
