Question / Help FPS in OBS Very Low, Game FPS Fine, Was Good Before Win 10 Reinstall

Hey everyone,

I have done hours of googling and browsing for solutions for the issue I am facing. All with no luck at all. Here is what I am facing. When I try to stream a game my in-game FPS is perfectly fine but my OBS FPS is anywhere from 20 all the way down to 7'ish. I have messed with pretty much every setting within OBS, reinstalled my GPU drivers, etc. Nothing at all seems to work for me. The thing is, I reinstalled Win 10, prior to that on my last Win 10 build I had OBS and streamed perfectly fine. With that said, I am pretty baffled as to what the issue here could be. I have attached several logs, each contains what I think are different OBS settings within them. Any help is greatly, greatly, appreciated. I am desperate for some help here!

My specs are:

GTX 1070
i7-7700k
16 GB DDR4 RAM
Dual monitor setup with G-SYNC enabled for just fullscreen applications.

EDIT: Since I made this post I have disabled Game DVR and Game Mode in Win 10 and problem persists.

Post a log with a capture and recording attempt only using Game Capture, a log from after you made the Game DVR and Game Mode changes.

Double check that you actually disabled Game Mode, not Game Bar

I was having the same problem as OP. Turning off Game Mode fixed it for me. Thank you.
