Greetings!
I'm having some issues with OBS struggling that I didn't have before I upgraded to Windows 10.
My game will be running perfectly fine (100+ fps) but the fps in obs will drop way below 60fps even when not streaming or recording (Obs is idle and fps in obs drops).
The games I am playing with this issue are both Rust and The Forest.
I am using Display Capture to capture my footage.

PC specs are
I7 4790k oc'd
1070ti
16gb ram.
I just upgraded from a 970 yesterday. I am able to bump up my settings now but if I don't turn on Vsync or cap my frames Obs still looses frames.
My main goal is to figure out a way around this without having to resort to vsync. I have 144hz monitor and it's tough to stomache letting those extra frames go to waste
