Can obs add and FPS drawer?
not all games have a fps drawer (maybe something like fraps)
so I think it would be cool to have it
(good for setting obs up)

Sorry for bad english

OBS shows the FPS it produces in the bottom right of the OBS window. If you mean the in-game FPS, there is no way for OBS to know how many FPS the game produces.
If the game has no internal option to show the fps you will have to use external tools to view it.

You can use Rivatuner for this. It's part of MSI Afterburner. Simply enable OSD and it will show you FPS, temperatures, GPU usage and the list goes on.

For even more control, only use Rivatuner along with hwinfo (sensor only mode).
