Before i start yes i know there are tons of topics like this one and yes i read and tried them out but i dont know why nothing works. so this is my last hope here guys i hope you can do at least something for me :/.
so i run now the latest version of OBS. and i got the settings like OBS told me for twitch tv.
the stream is ruuning fine and smooth. but i keep getting fps drops in game so without OBS i got like 140+ fps during stram its droping down to 90 what's ok but during the game every 20 seconds my fps are dropping to 15~22 constantly and i dont know what to do im a really nab in computer settings so i dont know what you actually need from me.

Graphic card: OnBoard Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
Extern: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M
RAM: 8GB
Processor: Intel (R) Core(TM) I7-2670QMCPU (2.20GHz)
Upload : 4,5Mb/s
so if you need more information pls tell me what information you need cause i really dunno.
