Question / Help FPS Drops

I have 500FPS in CS:GO if is start only OBS Studio the FPS drops to 300FPS the stream is not online.

Ingame csgo it looks like tearing and laggy.
Preview is disabled.

Limit csgo's fps to something reasonable, 500fps (nor is 300fps) is not reasonable.

I use fps_max 0.

fps_max 300 obs not started ingame 300FPS
fps_max 300 obs started ingame 220FPS looks like tearing and laggy.
