Question / Help FPS Drops

Hey Leute,
ich hab seit ein paar Tagen folgendes Problem: Ich will Minecraft aufnehmen, aber wenn ich mit OBS aufnehme, fängt es nach ein paar Minuten an zu laggen und meine FPS droppen für ca. 10 Sekunden von 200-300 auf 30-40 FPS und es lässt sich kaum noch gescheit spielen... Hab schon alles mir Mögliche in den Einstellungen versucht, aber nichts von Erfolg gekrönt... Komischerweise kam das ganz plötzlich, da ich vorher mit denselben Einstellungen problemlos aufnehmen konnte, komplett lagfrei... Hoffe ihr könnt mir da weiterhelfen...

my problem: I want to record Minecraft, but when I'm recording, the game starts to lag heavily after a few minutes. From 200-300 down to 30-40 for ca. 10 seconds. I tried everything I could do in the settings, but without any success...That's strange, because I always recorded with this settings, but since a few days, it doesn't work anymore. Hope you can help me and understood my english ^^

Progressively decreasing performance usually indicates overheating issues. You should also be running Minecraft with vsync enabled or the FPS limiter set to something reasonable like 60 FPS to ensure that you have enough free system resources to run OBS at the same time.

But I just have the problem since a few days. Do you have any idea why the problem didn't occur before?
