Question / Help FPS Drops

Hey, i have a problem while streaming with OBS. When im going to stream example cs go i get around 150 fps but still i get really big fps drops ingame the fps is still around 150 fps but still im lagging. I don't know much about streaming. Can someone help me?

720p60 with an i5 2500 is not really going to happen without performance decrease ingame the cpu is doing really well for only being an i5 ...got the i5 2500k@4.8ghz in my 2nd rig

would recommend dropping either fps or the resolution also capping your ingame fps will help abit
