Question / Help FPS drops while streaming

Hello guys,

I noticed that my fps while streaming on twitch 720p 30fps are "jumping" from 20-30 fps. Does anyone knows what should cause this problem ? The screen is "freezing" for maybe 0,5second but still it does not look good on livestream.

My pc is:
I5 - 7500
GTX 1050 Ti
16GB RAM.

Because you are not streaming at 720p. You are streaming at 1080p 30FPS.

18:48:29.395: output resolution: 1920x1080 <---------- 1920x1080 is 1080p; 1280x720 is 720p, change this
18:48:29.395: downscale filter: Lanczos
18:48:29.395: fps: 30/1
18:48:29.395: format: NV12

You don't really have a good CPU to do 1080p streaming. Stick with 720p.
