Question / Help FPS Drops while streaming

Hello,

I tried streaming, and found out I had FPS drops when I'm streaming (going from 144+ to 80 sometimes 70)

I wanted to know what I could do to optimize both my stream quality and my FPS

Your log file is from only a 31 second stream. Stream for at least five minutes of high action gameplay and post the OBS log file from that.

Are you having FPS drops in game or that you notice in the Twitch VOD?
