Question / Help FPS drops while streaming on strong PC

[Savnex]

While I am streaming "hitman 2016", in game I have around 60+ fps but on stream it drops from 60 to 30-25. I dont know why. On low settings it's stable but on ultra it's just droping only on stream :/
system specs:
- i7 6700k
- asus strix OC gtx 970
- Asus Maximus VIII GENE
- HyperX 16GB DDR4 2666 CL15 288
- cpu cooler COOLERMASTER HYPER 412S
