Question / Help FPS Drops While Recording

Hello, I recently downloaded OBS and would like to start recording some Minecraft gameplay.
Normally when I play I get 200-245 FPS, but when I start recording I get around 84-90 in game FPS.
In short, I was wondering how I could improve my in game FPS while recording with OBS.
