Question / Help Fps drops when obs oppend and not capturing one game

Hello community!
Well I ran in to a problem . The problem is that I cant record gta san andreas multiplayer. I know the basic how to go to game capture and do the work there but it doesn't capture for me . Secondary that when i am not recording gta san andreas online my fps drops to 20 with obs oppend . The fps drops when i do game capture and capture the specific window and make it on gta san andreas multiplayer . This happens if i open obs and the source has gta san andreas multyplayer on it .
I tried to capture oder games to see if my fps drop or if its capturing my screen . Well the other games work but gta san andras multyplayer is not .

If somebody knows how to fix that plz help me .

Running OBS as admin is the only other suggestion I'm aware of for game capture failing.

That doesn't work either . Same shit happens fps drop without recording and doesnt capture the game .
