Bug Report FPS Drops to 1

Hello, I'll post my log here etc.
I think its important to note that in my log I start streaming with 1920p en 7 quality.
And I go down 3 times.
My PC ain't overheating and it's pretty decent.

Also whats worth noting is that when I stop streaming during a FPS drop it clears away. and when i start it again it continues again for about 10 seconds.

Hope we can fix this!

EDIT1: My upload is 5.0 so its fine, and the FPS drops are completely random, so I can play with stable 30-40fps and then out of nowhere I drop down to 1 for about 1-2 minutes.

You talking about FPS in game or on stream? Either way I'm not really sure. Only thing I can think of is to make sure your GPU drivers are up to date. Are you overclocking your GPU at all?

Im not overclocking my GPU atm, shouldnt be necesarry right?
And both, my whole computer just gets a huge FPS drop, if I press the stop button, it's gone. I have no clue what to do.
