So I will play any game, for this instance the new DayZ Update, and most of the time get 60+ fps and rarely ever frame drop, so I decided to stream and on my screen I play on the game is running smooth, but the viewers say its lagging badly and I look at OBS and the FPS counter drops to 35fps and sometimes reaches 5 even when I am still seeing 60fps.
I think it might just be some setup issues that I need help resolving.
My GPU is a Radeon R9 200 Series
CPU - Intel core i7 6700k
16gb ddr4 ram
My network is also fast with about 8 ping, 120mb download, 15 or so upload.
I've looked through many videos and can't seem to fix it.
