So i've recently been streaming and i've noticing that i don't get fps drops in game but on obs is says i am getting drops to 30fps on ryzen 7 and my settings are

2560 1440 Rescaled 720p
3000 bit rate
Faster Preset
Profile High
Tune Zerolatency
