Question / Help FPS drops on stream

Hello,
I'm streaming Rocket League and since I've had Win10 pro Creators update and later Fall update stream started looking worse and worse.
My specs are:
CPU: I7 4790K stock - cooling NZXT Kraken x62
Mobo: MSI Z97 Gaming 7
RAM: 4x Crucial Ballistix 4GB 1866
GPU: Zotac GTX 1080 Amp! Extreme
SSD: Samsung 960Evo 1Tb
SSD: Samsung 850Evo 1Tb
Monitor: Asus Rog Swift PG278QR G-sync @144hz
Secondary: some acer hdmi 24"
Internet: 70down/20up

Game set at max settings, blur off.
136-144FPS ingame while streaming.

Yesterday I've reformatted my disk completely and installed latest Windows, been trying different settings in OBS and lowering game graphics, changing from 720p 60 fps to 720p 30fps, from CPU to NVENC etc.
Still can't stream as smooth as before.
Sometimes turning video off or disabling preview on my second monitor did the trick but not anymore. I've also tried to connect secondary monitor to mobo with hdmi or DVI.
Any ideas guys?

Reconnect the secondary display to your 1080 and disable the nvidia in-game overlay in geforce experience.

Thanks for quick reply!
I forgot to add that Geforce experience overlay is disabled and secondary display back in 1080 didn't change anything.

hmm, haven't thought about trying that really as I want to see whats going on out there too when I'm doing tournaments. I'll try it in few minutes.
I forgot to add that I haven't spotted frame drops when streaming ARK Survival Evolved, but maybe this game is just not as fast as RL.

From the looks of that, it's either you hitting GPU limits or a case of the performance issues when using multiple displays of different refresh rates.
