First of all let me post my specs
I've got an i7 processor
And an Nvidia GeForce GTX 860
I get around 2.4MB/s upload speed
and 8GB of RAM
I've streamed mobas with steady, decent framerates. However shooters are obviously a lot harder on your processor and GPU and in turn the framerate drops very low at regular intervals, most likely because the GTX 860 is a tad dated. What tweaks could I make in OBS or in-game settings to make Team Fortress 2 run minimally at a steady 30 FPS.
