Let me preface this by saying that I'm on a laptop, but have never had issues with OBS lagging before.

There's my most recent log file. I can't make heads or tails of this which is unfortunate because I just started streaming again after a long hiatus. Any help would be great. It also happens to affect my game's FPS as well, and I'm not sure why.
