So I've been trying to setup OBS to stream Rainbow Six Siege, I can maintain a steady 60 FPS for about 5-10 minutes until the FPS starts to drop down to anywhere from 20-40. The weird thing is, it still happens while I'm not doing anything with OBS. If it's open, the frames will eventually drop. My most recent log file is attached, any help would be appreciated.
