Question / Help FPS drops in game while streaming - Help Please

Hello, I am a streamer who streams Minecraft on twitch.tv

I am here in need of help of my streaming problems. Whenever i am not streaming i will get about 60-70 fps, but when I start i get around 25-30 fps. I dont know why this happens. When I stream my CPU is about at 60-70.

PC SPECS:
Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU B980 @ 2.40GHz
4.00 GB RAM
64-bit Operating System
Intel(R) HD Graphics


OBS Settings:
Encoding - Video
Quality = 10
Use custom buffer size = checked
Max bitrate = 3000
Buffer size = 1500

Encoding - Audio
Coding = AAC
Bitrate = 128

Broadcast settings -
Minimize Network Impact = checked

Video -
Custom = 1366x768
Resolution Downscale = 1.75 (780x438)
Filter = Bilinear(fastest)
FPS = 25

Advanced - General
Process Priority Class = Normal

Advanced - Video
x264 CPU Preset = Ultrafast

i think that you need a better cpu for that resolution. (Video -Custom = 1366x768)
Try a bit lower, like 960X540 or lower.

I think that it could be the problem, check it anyway.

And try to change x264 CPU Preset lower than Ultrafast, to faster or lower.

He was already at the fastest x264 preset (Ultra Fast). Try bumping the quality setting down; you have it at 10 currently. Also try bumping the bitrate down. Your CPU is not the greatest, and you are also using Intel integrated graphics. You might be asking too much of this system, I'm afraid to say.

I know he was at the fastest x264 preset, and thats the problem with that cpu.
He needs a lower speed option as; veryfast > faster > fast > medium > slow.
Higher than veryfast or faster, you will need a newer gen cpu i7.

.. and yes, try bumping the quality setting down to 5-6, and a lower bitrate.
