my pc :
-i7 3770 .
-GTX 1050ti G1 .
-6GB Ram memory.
-i use windows7 64bit and .
-my upload speed is 3200.
-the resolution that i play with is 1024x768.
-my screen : AOC G2460PF 144hz.

when i recoil or just switch weapons i feel the fps drops, and its hard to play with that.
when the stream is off i have something like 400-450 fps and the game runs great.

can some one help me set my settings so i would not have fps drops in csgo?

That log shows no stream/recording attempt, but looks like you have a display capture in the same scene as your game capture. You should remove that.

You need to provide a log that shows a stream/record attempt.

Please post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

Try to change the base resolution to 1280x720.

i tried it and its doesn't work, i think that the drops that i have came from some internet problem or something else in my settings.
what should be my bit-rate stream if i have only 3 Mbps upload speed?

That connection is barely usable for Twitch, but, you should be able to get away with a bitrate of 1500-2000, but I'd recommend sending that as 720p@30
