I have a Ryzen 7 1700, 16gb ram, and an r7 370 (Good enough specs to record 1080p 60fps) But when i record i only get 35-45 fps, instead of the full 60. My game runs fine, its only on OBS. Any help is appreciated! If you need anymore information let me know.
