Question / Help FPS drops but no actual dropped frames?

Hey there, so the last like two days I've noticed that I'm going from 60fps down to 30 or less and sometimes sitting around 45 but not actually getting any "Dropped frames".

Any reasons as to what this could be?

PC Specs:
Palit GTX 1060 6GB
Intel i7 8700k
16gb HyperX Fury Black 2400mhz

That log has no streaming attempt in it.

Alright I'll have to look why that Is. It's only been happening the last two days.

So apparently when I updated my GPU drivers the "Power Management" got reset to Optimal Power Instead of High Performance. Could that be why perhaps?

Going to need the log after stopping the stream, not while the stream is still running.

I think I found the problem, didn't realise the overlay I was using had animated text. I disabled that and appears to have fixed.
