This issue has just started on my PC today after I turned on my PC, I had not changed any settings prior to this, I have tried multiple restarts to no avail, I have uninstalled OBS and reinstalled with fresh settings. I have also just tried Streamlabs OBS, and it's the same issue. I have a Ryzen 7 3700x that is adequately cooled, 3600mhz 16GB RAM, and a RTX 2080 OC edition.

Just want to explain my set up and the different things that I have tried to fix this issue.
I have a 144hz 1080p monitor next to a 75hz 1080p monitor, both are Acer and look identical. I understand this can cause issues, but it didn't cause a single issue for the whole of last month while I was streaming at a solid 60fps with no drops.
I have tried turning both monitors 60hz through Nvidia control panel, I have tried locking both monitors fps to 60fps, also turned off Windows Game bar. I've lowered settings in-game to ensure I am using less than 90% of my GPU at all times (my GPU does have the ability to go to 99% usage), I have a detailed screenshot below of what that looks like above. I have also tried to create a new scene with just my game capture, and that has not worked either, although the frame drops are lesser when doing this.

I'm running out of ideas on what to try next, any help would be SO MUCH appreciated. This problem is driving me nuts, it's the sudden-ness that's getting me, yesterday everything was working fine.

Very similar issue I am facing. I removed all sources. Adding anything more than just Game Capture causes frame drops. I have a very strong computer and wasnt exp this prior to about 2 days ago w/ no setting changes

It's such a weird problem, I may give xsplit a go at this rate, which is a shame because I really like OBS. If you find a fix, please let me know, and I will do the same for you. Best of luck!

Does your GPU down clock at idle to around 100 MHz if both displays are at 60 hz? If the GPU or memory clock is over 150 MHz the refreshrates are not in sync and you won nothing over the 75, 144 hz setup and will have stuttering. Than you have to correct that with cru
