Question / Help FPS Drops and Bad In-Game Lag when Streaming?

Hi. Recently I've started to stream, but whenever I do, my Minecraft FPS drops are significant and I get bad in-game lag. Help? Here is my stream log:

Go settings-video and set a downscale resolution, lower it until the lag stops
