Question / Help FPS Drops all of a sudden

I normally get roughly 200-300fps while streaming CS:GO. I tried streaming a bit ago and I'm getting MASSIVE fps stutters, dropping from 200+ to less than 60 making the game unplayable, much less watchable. I don't know what's going on, the only thing that I've recently changed is I installed Minecraft.

32gb of corsair vengeance ram
evga 970 ssc
850w psu
