Bug Report FPS Drops after new update

Hello!
I've updated OBS to the new version v0.553b and now I can't play the game Prey in 60fps anymore. I have around 24-29fps in OBS while playing the game. If I try other games like League of Legends, Killing Floor, Return to Castle Wolfenstein or even Doom 3, which has basically the same engine as Prey, I have always 60fps.

Disable CFR. There is a minor issue (that is being worked on) which can cause CFR to have a severe impact on performance. Again, it is being worked on but for the time being you may want to consider disabling it. A fix should be incoming soon though.

Please manually download 0.554 - as for CFR, a fix is currently in the works to make it perform much better, the current test build has fixed most of the issues associated with that.
