Dear OBS stuff,
I have problem with streaming. Every min I have FPS drops for like 10s. Mainly playing old game Call of Duty 2 (but problem is 'bout all games i've tried). Before like 1y my stream works fine on same PC. I've tried to reinstall windows but problem is still here.

My connection:
I've tried lot of different settings from youtube and topics here (x264 [big FPS drops], NVEC [less FPS drops]. I'm really desperate :-( Before 1y works all fine with current settings (2200/2500 Bitrate, 60fps).
Here you can check my stream record. Game works fine with 250fps but sometimes dropped to 100-150 fps and it's unplayable http://www.twitch.tv/streetpvp/v/32987430
