I have a laptop with a 144hz monitor, an intel core I7 and a gtx 2060. I'm trying to record at 144 fps. When not recording (Only opening OBS) the in-game fps drop to 90 or so and when recording it drops as low as 40 fps. Why is this and how can I fix it?
