FPS drop

Every time I go live, after 1 hour or 2, my FPS starts to decrease, it decreases within 2-3 minutes. Faced with such a problem only when streaming cs go, fps dropped from 200 to 20, after turning off the stream fps did not return, everything worked at 20 fps, but after restarting the computer everything worked fine. I have not tried other programs for streaming, only OBS
Im streaming on twitch
my pc:
Ryzen 5 3500
gtx 1660 msi
AsRock B450 steel legend
HyperX fury 16gb 2x8
Windows 11

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

You are using SE.live plugin. Please contact them for support.
Alternativelly you can unintall it, then untinstall OBS and reintall it in order to fix the changes this plugin made. Do a new clean log as before and post it here.
