That is an incomplete log file. Can you be sure to post a full one of a complete streaming session, even if it's only for a few minutes?

That is better...but it doesn't really show the recording having any sort of issues. Perhaps you should explain your problem in more detail.

So I have been streaming Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and ingame I have perfect fps and on the OBS stream screen its fine. But when I stream to twitch, the stream has low fps.

Can you post a link to a stream recording? Also, can you post a log of when you were actually streaming? (The above log is either from a local recording or a preview, not a stream.)
