Question / Help FPS Drop wilhe streaming Dota 2

I need some help with not droping too much FPS pls. Some times it doesnt drop too much but other times drops a lot.
I use dota2 in low settings also...

Put FPS to 30, x264 preset back to veryfast, and maybe downscale more to around ~480p. Your CPU/GPU are unfortunately pretty weak.
