Fps Drop while using streamlabs obs or Obs studio to record

Please help.

Whenever I record with obs or streamlabs my game starts to get 10-40 fps which is unplayable. The games I play are minecraft and valorant.My usual fps for minecraft is 120-300 and my usual fps for valorant is 58-65. what is wrong ?

My pc specs are :

Intel(R) HD Graphics 520

12 Gigabytes of Ram

Intel Core i3-6100U

Windows 10 x64bit
