Question / Help FPS drop while streaming.

Hey guys, my name is Kris

Recently my games have been dropping a lot of frames while streaming.
It used to be just fine.

my pc also starts lagging after the fps drop, even after closing the game and stream

OBS also crashes when i alt+tab to it every so often

programs also stop responding when i try to start the stream

PC spec:

Motherboard: MSI Gaming M5
Graphics card: EVGA GTX 1070 FTW
Processor: Intel Core i7-6700K 4,0GHZ
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX - DDR4-3200 16GB
CPU cooler: Noctua DH14
SSD: Samsung M.2 960 Evo 500GB

my pc has been able to stream at 720p 60 fps in the past.

Log fille coming up,
cant start the stream and close it without crashing obs, and maxing out all my 16gb of memory

apparently when the game starts lagging it also maxes out all 16gb of ram on my pc causing it to bottleneck.

i have about the same specs as you and im dropping fps in game to 20.
