Question / Help FPS drop while streaming

Hi, I'm struggling with little FPS drop aswell. I looked after settings tutorials on YT, followed everything and I use wire for internet-connection too.
Here's my log of my last streaming.

That particular log file says that everything ran great (I like your scene setup, it's very clean and simple to maximize performance, so you're doing a great job there). No real frame drops measured by the program.

However, I noticed that you have a monitor plugged in to your motherboard, and one in your video card. If you're able, try to plug them both in to the dedicated video card, as running two monitors on two separate adapters can reduce system performance. You should always try to avoid using the motherboard for extra displays when possible, and keep everything on the same graphics device. Are you able to do that?
 
Hmmm, that's weird. My game always runs smoother when I run it without OBS... Could it be because of that motherboard-thing you said?
Unfortunately, there's only one DVI-I port in my video card and I prefer the digital connection's quality.
But I'll look after some solution, thanks for the advice! :)
