Hey, I've recently started to stream LoL, and when i stream for like 1 hour or so, i start to get small fps drop from 60-57 and sometimes it drops to 40 when i stream further, which is 3-4 hours.
This is really irritating and i hope someone could guide me through the problem, i have good experience with OBS and it's settings, but i feel like i don't know exactly what settings i need to make it go smoothly

Intel(R) Core(TM)i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz
Screen resolution 1680x1050
Graphic card Nvidia Geforce GTX 745
12 GB RAM
Model System 90B60058MT
I would gladely stream in 720p-1080p, my internet is really good so that is no concern, it's just my settings that i need to fix, i also added my recent OBS log
