Since the latest update 20.1.1, OBS has been unable to stay steady at 60FPS.
Starts at 60, then fluctuates between 30-50 and even dips into the 20's occasionally.
I streamed perfectly fine with the same settings the day before. CPU less than 20%. Internet speeds are fine. 3500 bitrate. 720p resolution. In-game set to 60FPS. Low/Medium settings in game, nothing crazy. With a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU.
In-game, there is no FPS drop, or frame drops. I haven't been able to stream for over a week, and have looked all over. Not sure what to do.
Any suggestions?
