Question / Help FPS Drop On OBS

My OBS continues to drop frames when i have obs open on any pc game, apart from cs:go, i have tried many different things to try and fix this but none of them have helped, no matter what encoder i use, nothing changes this.

CPU: I7-6700k
GPU: GTX 970
RAM: 16GB ddr4

So what would i need to do to change this, apart from upgrading my gpu.

Remove all display capture sources from scenes where you use game capture sources.
Avoid using display capture entirely if possible.
Only use one game capture source per scene COLLECTION. (No different scenes in the same collection is NOT enough)

That didn't change anything, also some games still wont be picked up from OBS, even though I am running OBS in Administrator.

That captures just fine with game capture with OBS running as admin.

Not For me it doesn't, I have OBS open right now, also with PUBG, and it isn't picking up the game

Also, even when i set the Encoder to x264, which is my CPU, the same things happens.

And does it continue to happen if you restart your computer and try again (with obs as admin)?
And what internet security software do you use (antivirus/firewall)?

It still happens if I am to restart my PC, it will happen one time, and then not for a while, then it will do it for 3 times in a row for example and then will be fine, it isn't the only game it happens with though, there is no telling what game it will do it with, and sometimes not even the display capture will capture any of my monitors.
