FPS drop on MB Air M1

For no apparent reason, my 4 performance cores (5, 6, 7 and, 8) stop work and my OBS start to decrease performance. My fps goes down from 60 to 20˜30 and my render time rises to 40ms+
I'm using mb air m1 running macOS Ventura 13.0.1
-base and output resolution 1080p at 60fps
-Apple VT H264 hardware encoder, 8000kbps

I'm not sure if this is the cause of the problem, but is the only thing that I can realize. When the cores stop the performance instantaneously decreases.
