Question / Help FPS Drop in LoL when Streaming

For some reason my frame rate drops when I have OBS open and am streaming League of Legends. When the in game camera starts to move and pan, the frames drop from 80-130 to like 10-30. Not only do the frames drop but the camera starts to be glitchy and laggy. I'm not sure what the issue is, I have set my video preferences in League as low as they can go and I'm fairly certain my computer is fully capable of streaming and playing League.

Got the same issue for a while now. Don't really know what it could be. CPU Usage seems allright like 30-40% but the ingame fps is really low like 30 FPS max.
