Whenever I try to stream League of Legends, I don't lag when the game starts and everything is fine. I have about 100+ FPS in game, however when the team fights start to happen and everyone is spamming their skills I drop down to like 40 FPS and it is laggy. Is there any way to fix this? I tried lowering League quality to lowest, but the problem is the same. Here is my OBS log :

I think I might have found the problem.
It might be because my CPU is getting to hot that's why I'm dropping in FPS.
But just going to ask to make sure.
Is it possible that I'm dropping FPS in game because my CPU goes around 65 Degrees C while streaming & playing?
