Question / Help FPS Drop - I have tried everything

The FPS drop from 70 to 40 while playing I have tried everything please let me know if I can do anything about it.

Use QSV/QuickSync as your Encoder to stream with.

i used encoder Hardware (QSV) it didnt improve

Is your system running in Dual-channel memory mode? (Grab CPU-z, run it and check the memory tab, top right).

yes it is dual, also iI want to mention that the fps drop appears even if the stream is not started and just the obs is open with a display window selected. thnak you in advance.

the drop is from 100 to 45 fps

Have you tried 19.0.2?

yes I did. Is it possible that my laptop doesn't use all the source for power economy or something?

Just a hit: When you're asked to try a setting and you do that, it's best to post a new log showing said change.

As to your reported issue, it's hard to say. I can say make sure to use Game capture instead of Window or Display for your games, and don't have a display and Game capture in the same scene.
