Question / Help FPS Drop and stutter streaming PC Games

Can anyone help me figure out why I drop frames ingame and have FPS Stutters while playing?

I7-4700k @ 4.4ghz
Gigabyte GTX 1060 Windforce OC 6gb0
8 GB Ram
ASUS M170A Mobo

As far as ive noticed its only when streaming/recording

Have you tried other recording things to see if that is an issue? I have a bit of the same kind of problem when recording with OBS it's a laggy mess even though the bitrate is a lot lower than shadowplay that I have started using. Try using shadowplay and see if it does the same thing when recording. It may be a setting you are using on OBS.
