Question / Help Fps drop and stream buffering

So i started to stream Dota2, in the beginning it was fine only the stream kept on buffering every 1-2 minutes. after getting another monitor so i could have dual monitor setup i now struggle with ingame FPS when i stream, where i used to have 60-80 FPS when not streaming, and 50-60 FPS streaming with a single monitor, i now have 30 or less fps and it's becomming unplayable... tried messing with the settings but nothing seems to imrpove it, not even 480 resolution on the stream.

my specs are

CPU: AMD FX 8320 Eight core prosessor 9.73 GHz
RAM: 16GB of RAM
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 680

Internett: 39.91 Mps Down / 16.06 Mps Up on speedtest

Hey, first, the stream is taking really long to connect to Twitch. Are you connecting to the closest Twitch server to you? To check this, try the JTVPing program, and choose the server with best ping/lowest jitter. (Jitter and average matter more than ping itself).

I have done that before, usually Amsterdam is lowest on jitter

Tough my biggest problem is the FPS drop ingame that makes it hard to play.
