Question / Help FPS Drop after downloading

I got fps drops on Dead by Daylight and some other games after I downloaded Streamlabs OBS. I removed it and its the same. I stream 1080p60fps. Only on League of Legends my 60fps is stabilized.Streaming on Hardware (AMD). It doesnt says encoding overloaded just dropping frames

Intel core I5 7400 KabyLake
Radeon r7 370
16gb RAM
