Question / Help Fps doesn't drop, but the video is laggy

I already asked this one before, and people told me that i should change my Encoding settings, which i tried, but i still have the same problem.
Could anyone please tell me what Encoding settings i should set up based on these System Req's? Thanks in advance!


Graphics: AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
CPU: AMD A10-5700 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
RAM: 8gb

really slow CPU and low end GPU means really low settings in OBS.

you have yet to post your logfile but I still dont know how much I can help.

please tell me what is the exact model number of your GPU. not what windows shows, what you bought.
