I've been using obs since v27 on my Dell G7-7590 / i7 9th gen / 2060RTX graphics card. I used the 36 sample down scale filter at 1664x936p at 6000k bitrate, lowest settings (P1 preset, main, low latency mode) and had no issues. I've been updating OBS and my GPU drivers on a 90 day basis. I've been having some really bad fps / bit rate drops lately. I've cleaned my fans, replaced thermal paste, and even tweaked the overclocking. I still have these issues. I just recently updated to the latest OBS version to see if that would fix it. It seems to even do it when I have zero sources. I've tried lowering the sample size and bitrate to 5k and even seems to have issues on that as well. Just seems like everything I try is not working.
