I've been streaming for like a year or so and have had the same exact setup, settings, ISP, etc and for whatever reason, ever since last night, my frames have been dropping like crazy the moment I click "start streaming." It's completely unwatchable and the only way to make it stop is to set my bitrate at 500, which is pointless to even stream like that. My upload speed is the same as it has been, 30 fps, bitrate 1500, nothing too crazy. I had absolutely no problems streaming Doom (2016) a few days ago. What could be causing frames to massively drop the moment you start streaming when it hasn't ever done that before?
